Dr. Wolff's V-san Moisturising Cream is safe to use during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. However, for safety reasons the applicator should not be used to insert the cream during pregnancy. Instead a ribbon of cream (about 2 cm long) can be inserted into the vagina using a finger.
